Every conversation that you have with your coach is completely confidential, with two exceptions- 1) if you tell your coach that you want something to be reported back to your company, we can work with you to meet that request; 2) we also have a duty to report employee threats of imminent harm to self or others back to the company.

We aggregate trends and themes across sessions and may share these with company leadership to support their work in improving the employee experience. You will be able to see the data that is reported to your company.
